Processing Time and Shipping Method
I do not offer international shipping at this time. Almost all orders ship within1-3 days. Most items ship via USPS Priority Mail. This option includes tracking and typically takes 2-4 days to arrive, depending on your location. If you would like your order rushed, please contact me to ensure I can ship it as quickly as possible. Extra shipping charges will be invoiced if faster service is requested.
Local Pick Up
If you live near Bozeman, Montana, you may stop by my studio to pick up your purchase. Please choose the LOCAL PICKUP option at checkout. I will contact you via text message to schedule a pick up time after your order is ready.
May I return my purchase?
Each piece on this site is handmade and unique. Photos attempt to show the accurate colors of each item, but screen calibration and the inherent characteristics of stained glass in various light make photography difficult. All sales of original artwork and commissions are final.
My item was damaged in shipping, what do I do?
Please provide photographic proof of the damaged item within 2 days of receiving your order. As all items are unique and similar glass is not always available, it is at the artist's discretion as to whether the item will be repaired or replaced with an item of similar appearance/value. Any items damaged after delivery do not qualify for exchanges.
My order was lost / stolen / not delivered — what can I do?
Unfortunately, Kazalone Design is not responsible or liable for any damage or negligence due to the shipping service. Please reach out to the shipping service to file a claim with them when this occurs. If your order is returned to the studio, we will happily forward it back to you.
